CEO and Co-Founder

Mpungose's multidisciplinary background in textile technology and data analytics allows him to merge industrial insight with digital innovation. His multilingual communication skills and technical expertise enable Insight Forge to operate with a global, forward-thinking mindset.

Qualifications: Diploma in Data Analytics with Python (including Machine Learning); Big Data Analytics; Microsoft Certified in Generative AI Fundamentals, AI Fundamentals and Responsible AI Practices; Data Analysis with Power BI; Digital Marketing; Diploma in Textile Technology (DUT).

Asathi Mamane

Director and Co-Founder

A seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in the finance industry, combining operational expertise, in-depth knowledge of the property sector, and a strong technical finance foundation. She has hands-on experience in corporate activities, regulatory compliance, and investor relations.

Her background strengthens our Finance services, particularly Corporate Finance Advisory and Financial Reporting and Compliance, and our Governance offerings — helping clients establish robust governance structures and remain compliant with industry standards.

Conducted operational performance and cost-impact analysis to quantify the financial implications of productivity gaps within logistics operations. The analysis identified estimated monthly losses of approximately R954,720 and demonstrated how operational improvements could generate significant cost savings.

Developed an interactive Power BI dashboard to analyze passenger and stakeholder feedback relating to public transport usage, smart payment adoption, technology readiness, safety concerns, and service improvement opportunities.
